Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-volume periods (such as product launches, holidays, or sales), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship to addresses only within the United States.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
- NOODS LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
- If your package is delayed, please check your tracking number and contact the shipping carrier for updates.
- If your order is lost in transit, contact us at info@noodsllc.com, and we will assist in filing a claim.
Address Changes & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to change shipping addresses once an order is processed. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
If you purchase a pre-order or made-to-order item, the estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together once all items are available.
